By visiting terredorient.tn and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders

Each order is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular if pricing is incorrect or fraud is suspected. You will be notified and refunded promptly.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout, taxes included where applicable. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment is captured upon order confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations listed on our shipping page. Estimated delivery times are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Right of withdrawal

In line with applicable consumer protection laws, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to return unopened products in their original packaging. See Shipping & Returns for the procedure.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (fragrance names, photography, copy, packaging) belongs to Terre d'Orient and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis.
