Shipping

We ship from our atelier in Tunis. Orders placed before 3 PM Tunis time are dispatched the same business day.

Shipping is offered free of charge on orders over 150 € / 500 TND. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our atelier.

Returns

You may return any unopened product within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, write to care@terredorient.tn with your order number; we will email you a return label.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned parcel, to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact care@terredorient.tn within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement at our cost.

Final-sale items

Engraved bottles, custom blends, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
